The Ridge believes an authentic church should strive to meet individual needs through relationships with others in community.  You can develop relationships with others through BLAST groups, serving in ministry, or just hanging out with the people of RLC.

We do understand, however, that there are times when additional care is needed.  Our pastoral care staff and volunteers on our Care Team want to make sure that you have encouragement and prayer when you need them most.  Our Care & Support Team and Hospital Visitation Team provide care, encouragement, and support to those who are hurting or in need of guidance.
